It's a damn pity that I only realized this when I'm a pathetic sec 3. Well, this may not be entirely true, but it will be applied to me. I'll try to bond with the sec 2s and the coming sec 1s. I'll try not to get pissed(This gonna be dfficult). I'll be a better senior. (:
the sec 2s and the sec 3s must really bond. i guess it's the distance between the 2 batch that causes some misunderstandings? come on peers, let's forgive and forget. :D i know it's easier said than done. Yea, it's true that win-win situation is really damn difficult to achieve. But if your junior sees u making effort in bonding and trying to make them play better or whatever, they should have at least a bit of paiseh-ness and pei he u rite? :D or worse come to worst, sympathy la. And as musicians, we only care for results arent we? So if the result is within satisfaction, who cares about the sacrifications? Plus, you have to sacrifice to achieve ur goals rite?
