Through being sick, I've finally realised who really cared about me. People who had posted on my facebook wall, msn-ed me, sms-ed me, tagged on my blog, took care of me either directly or indirectly and maybe asked around my condition, THANK YOU SO MUCH! I LOVE YOU ALL! :D

I dunno whether to feel happy when im sick coz i'll know who really cares, or should i feel sad because im suffering? LOL a blessing in disguise maybe?

seriously, dun fall sick people.

Open house today was quite successful? even before open house commence, i'm already sick. damn shitz...

Went to break with choonhiang to toilet. den come back right eye got flash. dunno why. follwed by headache. then vomit. still performed the first round of performance though. but due to the flash and headache, i made damn lots of wrong notes. TT

lunch break... didnt had appetite. told samuel i was sick. den joined percussions for lunch so they knew i was sick. then min sein come down and say me lying on the bench, so he also know.

went to vomit for second time den went back to hall. amazingly, alot people know i was sick already. seniors were trying to bring the atmopshere up while trying to take care of me. LOL

was forced to sit a side. I WANT TO PERFORM FOR SECOND ROUND!!! T.T but i was too weak to even talk. people talk to me i was stammering and can only nod or shake head. was really retard. Process words very very slowly and coz bring words of my mouth. when ms chia talked to me, i kept trying to reply but keep stammering and couldnt talk. then seniors helped me talk to ms chiao. LOL

slept at the study cornet, listening to band practicing. Really hoped i was there practicing with them. TT

vomit for the third time. was forced by majors and ms chia to go home. haiz... I WANT PERFORM! T.T

called mum to pick me up. went home change and went to the doctor's.

vomitted a few times on the way and i was damn tired. eyes were barely opened. waited for my turn to go in. slept while waiting.

finally can go in. the think the doctor was rushing for lunch. he was rushing through check ups. den gave injection. I think he say i was experiencing stomach infection. after injection, stayed in the room for dunno how long alone coz i kept dozing off. LOL doctor said need to stay there. O.O

went back home slept, felt alot better. :D thanks guys for worrying abt me. LOL

yawnz... damn damn tired today. band today is tiring. i think i kept yawning. :P and frowning i guess. coz weizie and yaoren tot i angry. :P rehearsed for tmr's open house. PRI 6 THIS YEAR PLEASE COME HUA YI TOMORROW! :D hope will have someone join lower brass next year. :P

I'm really tired. really. I've never knew being a senior is so tiring. much less an SL and majors. To those having posts, I salute you. Next year I'm going to be sec 3 and the most senior in lower brass section after chuan jie and sen mian step down. i have no idea how im going to lead it or even maintain it's standard like how the previous SLs did. I dont want to be SL, IF im going be chosen. The responsibility is too big. I really have no idea how im going to cope. Sec 3 life, homeworks, senior. now SL? really, i WAS regretting quitting SC. SCs are not allowed to take up posts in band. Being a normal member, a junior, is so freaking awesome. You can make the worst mistake and no one will blame you for having experience. being a member without any posts, you wont have to worry abt the slightest thing/mistake your section make/made. it's totally carefree. I'm making this official: I DONT WANT ANY POST!!! nw i have no idea y i wanted to be band major and SL of lower brass when i was sec 1. guess i was just ignorant. =/

Thought of gifts for Chuanjie and Senmian when they leaving band next year. D: SENIORS MUST COME BACK HOR! :DD and finally thought of one. MUAHAHHAHA!

Went JP with hema and caught harry potter. slacked and back home.

Had been thinking im a really weird person. O.O I think calling a friend a "bastard" seems ok but calling a friend "asshole" sounds a bit rude. LOL but i still call my friends asshole. :P

ahhh... I want to get a ring so much! nope, no girlfriend or wife or crush. And a silver plate necklace that can craft my name on! hmm... my birthday is coming like... 2 months? :D people who call themselves my friends hor.. where are you~~ xD

Had band exchange today at yishun primary. Out of the 5 schools, yishun primary concert band impressed me the most. hahas. they are just primary school and they can play ocean. damn lot of running notes! and their balance is nice! maybe it's their school, but still, they are good! their power hits was entertaining. LOLOLOL i love the part when the tuba stands up then the 3rd row, then the 2nd row followed by the 1st. WOOTS! TUBA STANDS UP! xD ok, huayi did fairly okay i guess. Conductors praised our clarinet section (Samuel dont get cocky here. LOL). but our tuning and rhythm have to be strengthened. we still have parts we slowed down in Ride. Super mario bros was entertaining for the audience. although i think some people had some minor mistakes somewhere in the beginning. enchanted... LOL! whole band rushed, flute solo was missing and tuba wrong notes. luckily audience wasnt paying too much attention to catch our mistakes. :P

Went to band today at 7+. waited for band room to be opened till 8.30? change of plans and went for marching. i practically laughed half of the marching session with choon hiang. XD we were standing beside each other and keep joking. XD (i hope no majors see this. :P) went to lunch at 11. came back for sectional at 12. band ended at 3.30.

went to jp with genevieve, min hui, qin yan, chiao wen, samuel and choon hiang. bought clarinet's and trombone's section gifts for the 7 schools which are going for exchange too. joked on the way and of course, starved. :P

went to burger king to meet with shi hui, chuan jie, weizie, remus, chao xiang and nicholas. they grabbed samuel to ask some questions. me and choon hiang was deciphering wad they were talking abt. LOL end up im right! :P

bus-ed home with choon hiang and samuel. in the bus, was talking abt band people. and surprisingly, we have so much to talk that we need to rush through everything when our stops are reaching. LOL and still, havent finish talking. XD

me and choon hiang alighted at huayi back gate. walked with choon hiang to continue talking. LOL home-ed myself. met dad on the way and walked with him. haha


please stop spreading other people's secret. =.= they tell you because they trust u. and u just go around spreading it to everyone. what is this?! =.= you should just keep your mouth shut. =.= since im already scolding you, i might as well scold everything at once. stop being rude and start learning how to be polite. =.= after all, they are your seniors. you cant just go around saying "hey asshole" in their face. or saying their playing suck and u can play better than them. =.= hey, everyone is trying to learn here. what gives u the right to say they suck? do u see even one senior saying their junior or any other junior their playing skills suck? oh yea. you think trying to be close with majors are going to help you get a major post? HAHA! think twice. and acting like a major when you aren't definitely doesnt help at all. not that im jealous that u are close with majors, i just really cant watch it anymore. please act more mature.

Just what is love? Some says it's the action of showing care, some says it's the action when you say "I love you", others says it cannot never be described.

Love, to me, is just something you experience and gives you a sense of insurity, a sense of belonging, happiness, blah blah blah for just a few weeks, or months. Then, it brings you a whole lot of hurt, despair, dissapointment, jealousy, etc.

I've been seeing people, alot of people, saying sweet stuff about their lovers on facebook, msn, or even talked to me about it. But after a few days or week, they are troubled being in love and posting emo things on facebook and blog etc.

Seriously, what's good being in a relationship or being in love? The end result is still the same: being hurt. Why fall into the trap if you know it's so damn deep and it will take you a whole lot of time climbing back up? Why hold a knife close to your heart if you know it will cut or stab you anytime and it will take a whale of time recovering the wound?

Yes, you may say I'm afraid of being in love. I'm admitting it. Seeing my friends getting hurt by love, I can't help being afraid. Being hurt by love once, I can't help being afraid.

My heart is closed now. I would have long been in love if I left it open.

Friends had been talking to me about the problems they faced in love. I am quite surprised myself too, that I have not been discouraging them to fall out of love, but on the other hand, I'm encouraging them to continue loving someone. Now, I guess I shall warn people not to talk to me about their love life. I am afraid I would just make things worse. Or I already had.

I'm not saying love does not exist, or I don't believe in love blah blah blah, or at least at this stage. Loving someone or even being loved by someone at this age, invites hurt. Growing older and experience love by then would be much more easier and happier as no one would be stopping you from loving someone to concentrate on your studies or work.

Band today was tiring. Seriously. XD but enjoyed it though. who am i kidding? im enjoying EVERY band practices. :P

samuel called my HOME at around 7.20 and rushes me to hurry up and meet him in sch while practice/(optional) sectional starts at 8. LOL

tried to get band room keys but ms chia and ms nasuha was not in and mdm angreini(?)... her "phone" got some problem i guess. LOL so waited for genevieve tocome den we went to general office together and take band room keys directly from general office.

we asked Mr Thiligan(?) for the band room keys and he was saying in monotone "Baaand... Rooom... Keeeys..." ROFL! we laughed on the spot though it seemed rude. :P when we were abt to leave, i heard Mrs Leong saying something like "So, tmr ok or not?" with ah lian accent to mr lau. ROFL

went to band room to practice. getting used to new mouthpiece :D choonhiang came and he arranged some quartermaster things den we went out to practice together since clarinetist occupied band room. LOL

played really random songs with choon hiang like "persis", "super mario" solo version, "love is like" LOL also practiced "ride" and "singapore flyer" (:

went back at around 11? den trained weizie. I must say i enjoy teaching. LOL went to mac to have lunch at abt 12. joked on the way there, eat and joked when eating, joked on the way back. never failed to laugh whenever im with samuel and choon hiang. hahas.

reached sch at around 1.30? played random songs with samuel and choonhiang like "die fledermaus", "mas que nada" and "ross roy". the band played along with us. LOL and im VERY proud to say this. I HAVE LEARNT MAS QUE NADA!!! WOOTS! although with some mistakes being made earlier today. xD but i've got my rhythm right!!! WOOTS! :D

warm-ed up with band and moved instruments down to hall to rehearse for open house. Percussion instruments are very VERY heavy. T.T was destined to carry bass drum and chimes and timpani. GAWD! ran back to band room dunno how many times and there's my heavy tuba too. the key word is HEAVY. LOL

played "El bimbo", "Enchanted", "Super mario bros" and "Ride" for rehearsal. shi hui conducted the whole rehearsal! WOOTS! huge round of claps to her. :D but we made damn lots of mistakes though. haiz... MUST PRACTICE!!! NO MISTAKE ON YUYING EXCHANGE!!! :D

after us was other performing arts rehearsing. we were given break. but most preferred to stay and watch, or slack. haha me and choon hiang went to sit behind samuel and had a good laugh at certain CCA (oops :P)

Mr tan came with 2 trombones. DOUBLE TRIGGER BASS TROMBONE IS SUPER CHIO!!! jealous of chiao wen. TT

CCAs other than band rehearsed another round. we were forced to sit at our places and well... slack? most people got bored. LOL

rehearsal was finally over and we carried on with our normal practice in the sch hall to train to play in open air. practiced "super mario", "dawn of a new day", "ride".

Qing xi stood up for ride solo. :D i think he played better when he stands up. haha.

Brought back instruments back to band room. carried percussion instruments too.. example chimes (again!) LOL everyone is finally back to band room. Shihui made some announcements and we packed our instruments to go home. :D nicholas came and passed me theory notes and trumpet solo CD. THERE'S LIBERTANGO AND RONDO ALLA TURCA! WOOTS! haha

Band today was quite fun.

Reached at 7.30+? practiced long notes untill warm up.
christ church reached after warming up. (:
played "ride", "el bimbo" and "enchanted" for them. screwed up "ride" and "enchanted" =.=

huayi band went for break while christ church warm up with mr tan.
most of us stayed to watch their warm up though.
after everything, hua yi band sat together with christ church band and practice.
sat beside a sec 2 christ church guy, his name is Christian.
HE'S FROM PEIXIN PRIMARY SCHOOL BAND LEHH~~~
felt so honoured to sit with him. LOL
he played damn loud. i was totally trashed. TT
i cant judge his tone though. it was neither good nor bad.
He's friendly but quiet (like me ROFL)
and he keep praising our sch. say our sch and our band room very big. LOL and our instruments all very new.
played "light of dawn", "nobody", "king and i", "choreography" and "dawn of a new day" with christ church band.

den mr tan gave us SYF'2011 set piece "The Singapore Flyer". sight-read. was relatively easy though. not yet go into chords and tuning though.
OH! AND MR TAN GAVE ME NEW MOUTHPIECE!!! MUAHAHHAHA!

somemore next fri is FULL DRESS. LOL open house will be on next saturday. hope audience wont be as rude as last year's: watch ALL performance and when band is going to perform, everyone left. =.= seriously, people should realize playing a musical instrument is not easy.

so saturday evening/night will be hanging out with cousins and sunday will be watching movie with hema.

Today is generally fun in band. :D spent almost 10 hours practicing. MUAHAHHAHA! xD but i dun see improvement O.O

Samuel was doing epic, stupid and funny stuff today. From lunch till around 5.40 plus he was crazy and making me laugh till i drop. LOL! wad he did was posted on facebook. :D

Mayflower people came over today. Amelia, Sheryl, Michelle and one trombone de. Had fun bullying Amelia and Sheryl and getting bullied by them. LOL

Please dun judge other's playing skills. =.= you are not any better than them. Plus, one of them is your senior after all! you aren't a professor in music or whatsoever. What or who gave u the right to judge their playing ability?! Keep this attitude up and I assure you that you will hate me next year due to scoldings. =.=

I totally have no idea how to prevent tuba section from collaps-ion next year when chuan jie leave. Would juniors doubt my playing skills? Yea, I suck and I'm not as good as Chuan Jie. Would juniors listen to me? Yea, I'm always so soft and pamper them alot. Would I be able to teach them how to play? Yea, my sightreading suck and my playing ability suck. Haiz... how i wish i had put in much much more effort last year. I wont be suffering now or next year... Speaking abt next year... Would Weizie and Yaoren be able to hold the tuba section when Chuanjie step down and when I have supp? Would they be as scared and helpless as i was last year when chuanjie wasnt around? Would they get scolded by Mr tan? Would they be discouraged if they got scolded? Haiz... I hate being a senior...

Why the heck is everything my fault?! It's HER exam! She's supposed to work hard for it! NOT ME! If she doesnt put in effort, what's the point of me teaching her then? She will still get the same result. You asked me to teach her. But she never once asked me for revision. nor was she grateful for my time when she asked for maths question. she will be pissed off at whatsoever reason and dump all her anger at me after i taught her. hey, i can be playing my com or talking to my friends instead of wasting precious time teaching things to a person who is not even grateful. =.=

I'm not making any improvement in my tone. =.= it's still rough and thin and so awful! unlike those round and nice tone other people play. and to make things worse, everytime i hear a nice tuba sound, i get disheartened instead of being motivated. T.T i guess i should really give up the hope of becoming musician. yes, i know it's not like me to give up and it isnt "right" to give up but if not making improvements and still suck, which band or orchestra will accept me as a tuba player?! there's no point pursuing what i cant do well but have a passion in it. instead, society looks for people who are good in an area but dun care if they really like that professioncy they are. i must wake up and see what im good at instead of letting my imagination run wild and keep thinking i will be a musician in the future. =.=

let's just start on the afternoon.

went for band with excitedment. after warming up with mr tan, he gave us first love and i was happy. im still happy after sight reading but my mood just gets worse after playing dawn of a new day. i fucking screwed up every song i played. =.= even dawn of a new day and fireside christmas. like wth? these are easy pieces and we practiced for so long! either it's wrong note or wrong timing. i just cant perfect one single piece today. =.=

however, i get to know myself better after today. I'm fucking stubborn, sort of a perfectionist and have this fucking stupid feeling to win everything(arguments, debates, competitions...). =.= FML

i would probably be cursing someone right now if i'm not so pissed with myself. LOL
